Gift baskets are delivered each week based on a specific schedule for each facility. You can contact the facility directly to confirm the delivery date.

If you received a successful transaction receipt and your inmate did not receive their gift basket, please send a copy of the receipt and the details of the transaction by using the "Get in Touch" button in the top right corner.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.

Gift basket purchases are delivered to the facility where the inmate was housed, even if the inmate is released. Please contact the facility directly for instructions to pick up purchases delivered after an inmate is released.

We do not offer refunds for successful transactions. All gift baskets are delivered to the facility and the inmate can pick up their delivery at the facility after release.

Limitations and restrictions on gift basket purchases are at the discretion of the facility where your inmate is being housed. If they are not allowed to receive a gift basket purchase, you will not be allowed to complete the purchase from our site.

If you did not receive a receipt for your transaction, your purchase was likely unsuccessful. You can contact your bank to confirm if a transaction was completed. If your transaction shows "pending" on your bank statement but you did not receive a receipt for the transaction, a refund should automatically post to your account within 7-10 business days.
